Dr Caroline Scarman believes great healthcare starts with understanding the person behind the condition. 

With a background in rehabilitation and geriatric medicine, her clinical journey spans leadership roles as Chief Scientific Officer for the Australian Regular Army — including deployments to Iraq and Rwanda — and as Medical Advisor to the National Association of Testing Authorities.

Now a proud local and mother of two daughters attending the nearby high school, Caroline is deeply embedded in the community she serves.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Caitlin Johnson brings clinical expertise and a warm, supportive presence to every patient encounter. She specialises in restoring movement, improving strength, and supporting long-term health through structured, sustainable exercise programs. 

Caitlin collaborates closely with our GPs to ensure each plan is aligned with your broader care goals — and adapts as your progress continues.

Mobility and strength rehabilitation 

Inflammatory and rheumatic conditions 

Women’s health and hormonal balance 

Falls prevention and functional fitness 

Caitlin’s work is informed not just by training, but by personal experience. She understands the complexity of chronic pain and fatigue and helps patients feel both seen and empowered throughout their journey.
