We value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to others. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.

A $50 cancellation fee applies in the following cases: 

• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) 

• Cancellations made within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment 

This policy allows us to offer appointments to others in need and helps our clinic run smoothly and respectfully.
