Provider number setup

To apply for a Medicare provider number for our practice location:

1. Log in to PRODA and access HPOS (Health Professional Online Services)
   👉 PRODA login link

2. Go to the My Provider Registration Details (MyPRD) section

3. Select “Add a Location” (or "Update your registration details")

4. Search using our Organisation Site ID:
   👉 2459858433

5. Follow the prompts to link your provider number to this location

6. You’ll receive confirmation once it's approved (usually within a few days)

Medicare payment direction

To ensure that your Medicare benefits are correctly processed and paid, please register our practice bank account as the payment destination for services billed at this location.

Steps to update your banking details:

1. Log in to PRODA and access HPOS
   👉 PRODA login link

2. Go to ‘My Provider Registration Details (MyPRD)’

3. Select ‘Bank account details’

4. For the location linked to our practice (Site ID: 2459858433), enter the following:

   • Account Name: St Ives MC Pty Ltd

   • BSB: 062-110

   • Account Number: 1035-1664

5. Submit and save changes
