Dr Caroline Scarman
General Practitioner
Dr. Caroline Scarman has always been drawn to the idea that healthcare is about more than just treating symptoms—it’s about truly understanding and supporting the person behind the condition.
With a background in Rehabilitation and Geriatric Medicine, Caroline brings a wealth of experience to her work, but it’s her passion for family-oriented care that makes her stand out.
Before becoming a GP, Caroline worked in pathology and had the unique role of serving as the Chief Scientific Officer for the Australian Regular Army. Her work took her to places like Iraq and Rwanda, where she led medical teams in some of the most challenging environments. Caroline also served as the Medical Advisor to the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia, further deepening her expertise in the medical field.
Now, as a local resident with two daughters attending the local high school, Caroline is deeply committed to the community she serves.
She’s passionate about helping families maintain long-term health and believes in taking a preventive approach to care.

A graduate of University of New South Wales, Dr. Sapatnekar also holds a Diploma in Child Health and the Family Planning Association of Australia (FPAA) National Certificate. She’s dedicated to walking alongside her patients through all stages of life, with a special focus on:

Dr. Masoud Moghaddam

Dr. Masoud Moghaddam has been practicing medicine for over 14 years and is passionate about providing his patients with care that is not only thorough but truly personal.
He’s a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), and his work goes beyond just treating health issues — it’s about building relationships and helping people feel confident in their care.
Dr. Masoud is someone who takes the time to listen and understand his patients' stories, because he believes that great care starts with truly knowing the person in front of you.
He’s committed to providing compassionate, accessible care and is well-known for his calm, friendly approach, making even the trickiest consultations feel approachable.
Having worked in both rural and city settings, Dr. Masoud understands that everyone’s journey is different.
His experience in chronic disease management means he’s seen firsthand how important preventive care is, and he’s passionate about helping his patients stay healthy for the long haul.
When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Masoud enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing in his garden, and trying out new recipes — he’s quite the cook! He also loves the occasional movie night.
Fluent in English and Persian, Dr. Masoud always ensures his patients feel comfortable, respected, and heard in whichever language they prefer.
